The Province of Alberta has established a hierarchy of planning documents. The Town of Bow Island's planning documents must align with higher level documents and the Land Use Bylaw must be consistent with the Municipal Development Plan.
The Land Use Bylaw establishes standards and uses for land within the Town. All development must conform to the bylaw.
Applications for a Development Permit can be obtained at the Town Office or submitted online.

Home Occupation $75.00
Sign Permit $75.00
Land Use Bylaw Change or rezoning $500.00
