Bert Knibbs Ball Park

*BERT KNIBBS BALLPARK USERS:  RULES AND REGULATIONS** MAY 21, 2025

1. Users are permitted a 15-minute warm-up period at the diamonds prior to the start of their rental.
2. A 15-minute cleanup period is allowed after the rental concludes.Absolutely no digging is permitted in the batter's box, including displacing the shale with your feet! Violators will incur a charge of $300.00 to their rental for each violation.
3. Clean the dugouts and dispose of any waste in the garbage cans located on the east side of the multiplex.
4. Multiple rentals may occur at the ball diamonds; please be considerate of other users in the park.
5. If you have NOT rented the multiplex, please refrain from entering the building.
6. Bathroom access is ONLY available from the outside; entry from inside the multiplex is NOT permitted.
7. Anything taken out of the Sea Can MUST be returned after your rental.
8. All doors, including restrooms, must be securely locked before departure. Failure to comply will result in a warning for the first offense, followed by a $30.00 fine for each subsequent violation.
9. Any damages incurred to the Bert Knibbs Ball Park facility—including but not limited to fences, dugouts, bases, anchors, plugs, bleachers, and advertisement banners—during your rental will result in an immediate loss of facility usage privileges.
10. The responsibility for the users of your rental falls upon you. Please always keep an eye on the members of your rental.
11. Please leave the ball diamonds better than you found them!

Failure to adhere to any of these rules and regulations will result in immediate loss of facility access, without the possibility of a refund!
