Housing Needs Assessment

The Town has recently partnered with the Rural Development Network to create a Housing Needs Assessment for our community. This document presents some very interesting statistics regarding the housing demand and supply. The Town will be using this as a support document when applying for infrastructure funding through various Government programs and for long term planning.
